Soft set without peel – deliciously bittersweet with hints of orangey caramel

January marks the arrival of Seville oranges, and for a short time, it's marmalade season at Coedcanlas. This is No 10, a complex marmalade with a luxurious, velvety texture.

We slowly bake the oranges to develop their rich flavour, gently cook them in large copper pans. This version has no peel, creating a smoother, more refined texture while keeping all that wonderful bittersweet character.
