A rich, traditional Christmas fruit cake, handmade in small batches and packed with plump dried fruits, warming festive spices and a generous splash of sherry for a beautifully moist, full-flavoured cake. Creating a fruit cake that’s rich without being overly sweet, then finished simply with marzipan, smooth white icing and our signature dried orange star. Wrapped with a deep green ribbon, it makes a gorgeous centrepiece for the Christmas table or a lovely festive gift.
