Inspired by a Russian princess' recipe, this preserve captures the remarkable depth and intensity of blackcurrants. We cook them for just a few minutes to preserve their bold, distinctive flavour and rich colour.

Made with blackcurrants set to a soft, spreadable texture, this preserve has a character all its own. It's gorgeous spread thickly on fresh bread, spooned generously onto creamy yoghurt, or paired with cheese for a sophisticated finish to a meal.
