Seville Orange Marmalade, No 9
Richly amber, deliciously bittersweet and zingy
January marks the arrival of Seville oranges, and for a short time, it's marmalade season at Coedcanlas. This soft-set marmalade is the result of time, patience, and the finest ingredients.
We slowly bake the oranges to develop their complex flavour, then slice them by hand and gently cook them in large copper pans. The result is a beautifully balanced marmalade – richly amber in colour with that classic bittersweet tang that makes Seville orange marmalade so special.
