Seville Orange Marmalade, No 3
Soft set with less peel – deliciously bittersweet with hints of orangey caramel
January marks the arrival of Seville oranges, and for a short time, it's marmalade season at Coedcanlas. This is No 3, a complex marmalade with a luxurious, velvety texture.
We slowly bake the oranges to develop their rich flavour, then slice them by hand and gently cook them in large copper pans. This version has slightly less peel, creating a smoother, more refined texture while keeping all that wonderful bittersweet character. The addition of a little honey adds subtle depth and hints of caramel.
