Aldo Nava’s olive grove lies between Castelluzzo and the spectacular San Vito Lo Capo, arguably the most beautiful place in the world! This is the province of Trapani on the North West coast of Sicily, home to the unique Nocellara del Belice olive.
During November the olives are handpicked and expertly pressed within 12 hours of harvesting at the Todaro family mill. This single estate, Nocellara del Belice olive oil is 'medio fruttato'. It has sweet, fresh grassy aromas, delicate fruity flavours and a mellow peppery finish.
