Soft set and deliciously lemony – zingy, zesty, and fresh
January marks the arrival of Sicilian lemons, and for a short time, it's marmalade season at Coedcanlas. These lemons produce a marmalade that's beautifully balanced – bright and fresh with a mellow, sophisticated flavour.
We slowly bake the lemons to bring out their natural sweetness, then slice them by hand and gently cook them in large copper pans. The result is a soft-set marmalade with all the sunshine of Sicily in every spoonful.
