A seasonal marmalade crafted from succulent blood oranges, hand sliced and slowly cooked in small batches in traditional copper pans.
Rich, vibrant and intensely fruity, it captures the distinctive character of blood oranges with notes of sweet citrus, gentle bitterness and a long, complex finish. The jewel-like colour and delicate peel create a marmalade that is as beautiful as it is delicious.
Made by hand in Pembrokeshire using traditional methods and the finest fruit.
