Apricots, Cranberries, Cherries, Figs, Pears, Prunes, Raisins and Sultanas. Steeped overnight in Papagayo Spiced Rum. Combined with No8 Marmalade Peel, Hazelnuts, Ground Almonds, Muscovado Sugar, Butter,Eggs,Flour, Orange and Lemon Zest, Cinnamon and Nutmeg. Slowly baked to perfection. Finished with a little more Rum, Marzipan and Fondant Icing.
